Thailand enamel bypass flower ring

Bypass Thailand blue enamel ring with a yellow and red flower. It is a size 7.5 but is slightly adjustable to a 7 or 8 since it’s a bypass ring. I believe it faintly says made in Thailand on the inside. However I don’t think it’s real silver.
