Thakoon batik print dress with pockets This almost vintage 2008 original Thakoon cross with TGT worn once to an Art Basel Miami Opening event. Thakoon dress is extremely versatile. It is a sculptural / pleated dress that can dress up or down and go anywhere with the right belt bag and shoes, it’s comfortable half open over a bikini with its self belt, or completely open with the belt tied in back over a bikini or bra top and jeans. It also looks cute as a shift, and also works open with no belt like a duster over this seasons body hugging rompers and catsuits. The fabric is very unusual and pretty. I wore it once to Art Basel and got a lot of compliments. I love the thick cotton fabric; it feels expensive and well made. The pockets are fantastic.
