Brand new...this is a black blouse that is longer in the back than the front. The front hits about to the top of hips. The arms are sheer and the wrist & neck have metal grommets with 2 buttons on the back of neck & 2 on each wrist. The front has a high neck with a criss cross front and shows some cleavage. It fits so pretty!
