Reference: I’m 5’5”. I’m a 38D and wear a 1X Top. However, I wear a Misses 14 in Pants. All my pants and shorts are all Misses unless marked with a W. Like 16W. When Purchasing Clothes for women the only difference between Women’s & Misses is the stomach and hip area. A Misses Size doesn’t allow additional room in that area. However, a Women’s size would. It is also the only difference in a Misses top. XL is NOT a 1X. A 1X size gives a Women more room in the chest area. Thanks😊
