@cmjla I just pinched either side of the 2nd tier from the bottom and raised it to the waistband. ATM it's just tucked there but I'm going to either stitch it (with loose removable stitches) or maybe use eye hooks kinda like a wedding gown bustle. Then I grabbed the middle at the same tier and raised it the same way. Tucked. Now it's a high low thing right? Then took the middle back the same way and raised to waistband. ATM it's pinned there. Get it? :)

@fleetwood77 the medium would fit you perf then. I'm a 12/14 and this is a medium. I had to MacGyver it to get it to work bc technically it's too small for me.

@coolmelanie I'm about 5'8". The dress was exactly long enough on me to sweep the floor while walking barefoot, but without tripping. With 1 inch heel shoes it's just above the floor without showing my feet. I agree with @cmjla that it would be very easy to just take the bottom tier off. I can measure it actually if you want.
