The Art Company brown leather sandals size 7.5 Spain shoes

Beautiful pair of brown sandals in nice condition. Item shows a few scuffs and marks on the leather as they are preowned, please see photos. Sandals feature a Velcro closure for easy in and out in a rugged bottom for walking. These shoes say size 38 which is supposed to be a US 8 1/2 to 9 which is normally my size and they are quite a bit small so I would say they would fit more of a 7 1/2
