The Basil Dress boasts a full, tiered skirt, pockets and bell sleeves. This dress is soooo beautiful, flowy and elegant. I wore it a few times but the smocking all over the bodice doesn’t work as well for me as I’d like. It’s a very long dress. I’m 5’4” and it drags on the floor. The pattern is lovely and the dress is gorgeous, just not 100% right for me. Condition is like new - no rips/snags/tears/stains - perfect condition.
