100% Pima cotton. Buttons in back, at neck for easy on/off. Good used condition for age, no holes, no stains. Machine washed cold on gentle cycle, and hung to dry (though not first owners). Runs small, more like 5/6 in my opinion (most of TBBC runs small on us).
