alimich96 Hi! I just started CrossFit and have been getting such bad bruises on my right collar bone. I’ve heard these are made to help prevent this. How much protection does it provide? Were you using it for the same purposes?

caredcouture @alimich96 hi! Yes! It definitely helps with the bruises especially from cleans! I’ve been using it for the same purpose. This one is just too small on me and I can’t wear it. I have 3 others I use weekly!

jennchiang OMG I'm a mess. I looked at my current bra and I do have a size 4. so, does this have cup pads? And if so, are they removable? I got one before with no cup pads and I prefer them
