The Colossal Chaotic Lash!

It's a black waterproof mascara from Maybelline New York. Never used but my friends have this and say it's great. You can put it on clumpy by applying it like regular mascara or you can put it on smooth by lightly shaking your hand in a zig zag way while applying. Gives a lot of volume.
