The Dark Maiden from Oregon/Sweden, cream linen Hi-Lo skirt. has a wide band at the top, these skirts are made to "hold one in" so it fits nice and tight on top but then is flowy and easy to wear. I've only worn this about 2x, not getting the love it deserves! No longer made. approx measurements, waist laid flat 13.5", front is 28" from waist and lower portion is about 40".
