The East Order Floral Dress — New without tags

Size: XS - Never worn. 100% Polyester Removed the tags before I tried it on and it was too big. I’m 5’2 and dress went to my knees, would’ve been cute with heels, but it was overall too baggy on me. Bottom sides can cinch , it’s lightweight material and arms look see through, so it’s breathable material.
