This is an adorable fit and flare midi skirt that is new without tags. It is a stretchy material, but definitely form fitting. I would say that this skirt could fit a small as well. The waist lying flat is 12" and the hips are 15". From top to bottom is around 29.5". The last photo shows a stock in black so you have and Idea of the look.This skirt is super cute in person!
