The Frame Strong Shoulder Mini Dress NWT

92% silk dress in peridot green. This dress is brand new with tags and has never been worn. Dress is primarily silk with built in, thin shoulder pads for a strong shoulder look. Dress is size small petite. All buttons are fully functional, one button has a thread coming from it, but does not impair its function at all (could be easily trimmed but I have not wanted to alter the dress at all).
