Size 0, which this brand equates to a size XS. Fabric is 100% cotton but a thicker material (closer to something like a lightweight corduroy than a lightweight cotton/summer fabric, if that makes sense). Never worn, just tried on. Selling bc I have a few other dresses in a similar silhouette and pattern and need to downsize a bit.
Note I removed the retail tags after trying on so this is not NWT
