I had this dress altered to fit me. I am a size 2/4, I’m 5’4” and has it altered to wear with 4.5” heels. I paid almost $200 for alterations and it’s still too big on me, I would say that a size 4/6 would be best. It’s brand new. Retails $299

@laurenrogg I don’t believe they did anything to the arms. I can post a photo of the dress but it’s not going to be very esthetic hanging on a hanger. The stock photo is the best way to see it.
