The Kooples Cropped Velvet Top

Dark romantic velvet koople’s top. I purchased this from another buyer who cut the bottom of the shirt to create a more cropped look. As a result the bottom is frayed, but it’s not very noticeable when wearing. It still looks great as a cropped or can be tucked in (as shown in the last photo).
