The Kooples- Size S Black Short Dress with belt detail

This is a black The Kooples dress never been worn and the tags are still attached BUT I DID get the top taken in a little bit because it ran really big and was loose at the top. If you are usually a size Small or XS or 0-4 and you have chest size A-C, this will fit really well. It has a cool edgy belt detail. Strapless.
