The Kooples Black and White polka-dot dress. Sheer with slip underneath. Super flowy skirt with bow and button details. Size 2 (fits a SMALL/ Medium). Dress has an elastic waist band so it’s very forgiving. I’m petite and wore it when I was pregnant in my first trimester, but also wore it after.
