This hardback book comes with its original dust jacket and is in very good condition. There is a bit of minor edge and cover wear on the jacket, and there is some foxing at the top edge of the pages. The first page of the Fresh Water Fish chapter has a bit of warping. Recipes include Stuffed Roast Quail on Scrapple with Liver and Wine Sauce, Smothered Pheasant, and Sauteed Fillet of Snook Provolone, among others. Be sure to look at all photos. 475 pp.
