These are standard black dress pants NWT from The Limited that sit at the waist. They are listed as 8 regular that I bought for myself but they don’t fit that way. Based on the measurements and length, I’d say it fits small in the waist and has a short inseam, closer to a 6 petite. Approximate measurements: Across waist: 14.5” Inseam: 30” Rise: 10”
