The Limited Cream and Black Dress

This dress is cream at the top and black from the waist down. It features a ruffled collar and a side zipper. It's dainty at the top. I would describe this dress as timely, classic, unique. and elegant. I have always gotten compliments on this dress. I have paired it with black heels, a black purse, and pearls.
