This isn't adorable maxi dress by The limited. It can be worn fairly loosely on a size small, and can be worn as a fitted dress on a size medium. 34“ bust from underarm to underarm. Can stretch to 56“ 28“ waist with no stretch Hips flare to 40" without stretch but to 66" with stretch 56" from shoulder to bottom hem. This dress has LOTS of stretch.
