The Limited Navy tulip style dress

Navy, tulip style dress from The Limited. Tag is off, never worn, only tried on. Cinched waist, hits above knee if you are around 5’7”. Size 14 but I would recommend a size 12 would fit better in the dress (like most The Limited clothes). Texture is a nice crinkled polyester. Dress is lined. Cross over top so may show too much chest if you are really busty. Zips down to hips in the back. Mostly sleeveless, just shoulder caps.
