The Limited Polka Dot Ruffle Skirt

This lovely, flirty skirt hugs your waist and flares into two layers of ruffles on the bottom. Black lining is included underneath. Zipper is on the side. Note that the dots seem white from afar, but actually they are faded multicolor. There is one little washed-out spot shown on the pic above. It's hard to notice, I'm just being nitpicky 😝 Overall this skirt is in great shape, and business or office appropriate.
