The Limited Polka Dot Sleeveless blouse/top

Polka Dot sleeveless blouse top in soft yellow and gray, button down front with a pretty pleated detail around the neck. Thin material, probably meant to be worn over a tank top, buttoned or unbuttoned. Tucked or untucked. Easy care and non-wrinkling polyester. Bought in store at The Limited but the label that was inside the collar is missing.
