Nevermind. The dress is mislabeled as Express, but the tag shows it is The Limited.

@jbuh5 Thank you for pointing that out!! I have corrected my mistake on the post. The dress is really nice with no flaws. Belt comes with the dress. I love this dress it’s just too small for me.
