The Limited multicolored striped spaghetti strap dress with waist tie. This is lightweight, but fully lined. You can tie the belt various ways for different looks (loose, tight, in back or front, side, etc). Looks great on its own, or dress it up with a blazer, casual with jean jacket, etc. Very versatile piece.
