The Limited black fit and flare skirt with tulle

This is a fit and flare skirt by The Limited, size 0, with tulle around the whole bottom. 100% poly blend. The skirt has some detailing around the top and hips and the whole waistband of ribbon and tulle. Total waist is 28 1/2. So I think it could fit a larger size. This skirt is in great shape and goes well with a vest and boots!!
