The Limited black polka dot strapless dress

Strapless, fully lined knee-length A-line dress with off-white background and black polka dot design. Empire waist with attached black grosgrain ribbon tied in chic bow. Side zipper with hook-and-eye closure. Top has plasticky "glue" all around to help keep the dress up. Light boning in front seams of cup areas. Both shell and lining are 100% polyester. Dry clean only.
