@mmmontgomery hello.. I measured it while it was laying flat and from armpit to armpit across the front it is 20 1/2 inches. It’s also pleated in the front so it’s fitted and you would have more room for your breast. It is not made of a stretchy type material. And I forgot to mention that the shirt Hasn’t been worn. Still has the large sticker that comes with most clothing you buy, but not the tags
