The Limited fair isle open cardigan reversible? XS

Cute and cozy open cardigan from The Limited. Fun stripes down the sleeves add a sporty look. Worn with stripes down the arms on the outside, the knit almost appears to be inside out which makes me think it might be reversible, since a delicate fair isle print is on what would be the inside. “Outer” side snags a little more easily and I attempted to show in one pic. Nice 40% viscose, 30% nylon, 30% wool knit.
