Brand new with tags. From The Limited. Size 0. Strapless design with hidden zipper on side. Red/camel/black coloring. Has rubber around top edge to help hold dress in place. Pleating throughout. Polyester Measurements taken flat across top 14.5, the part that’s black (not exactly the waist-more like where the rib cage is) is 12.5, length from center back 30 inches.
