The Limited brand. Womens blue and white polka dots dress. It can also look grayish. Super cute! It had the tags and removed them, thinking it was going to fit, but it didn't. I wish it did because it is such a cute dress. The size is 10. It has pockets and it's sleeveless. It also has a zipper on the left side. The back has buttons.
