Overall very good but there is some staining. Small stains/dirt/ dust on the outside of pages and then it looks as if something- a pale liquid maybe- spilled on the back near the binding and therefore on several pages in the back however luckily none of the text seems to be effected. Please see all photos. The rest of the inside and the text looks near excellent, overall crisp and clean. The only writing I detect is on the first page “property of….” Name crossed out and blurred for privacy. This book is heavy and over 750 pages.
