Featuring a dropped puff sleeve with elastic to cuff for a good fit. A fully gathered peplum with contrast binding. Relaxed fit around the waist. Fully lined. Made in Portugal. Machine Washable. Measures 9.5” armpit to armpit and 21” long. Two small flaws, a very small mark that looks like pen and a rip on the hem of the dress. Both flaws are on the front (see the last two photos).
