This book is by far my absolute favorite pregnancy book! It's divided up by each month of pregnancy and has a journal entry idea, stretches/workouts or yoga for that month to alleviate certain things that you may encounter that month. It talks about baby as well as yourself and is the best pregnancy self care book I've read. In great condition!
