Stylish top with a black upper and blue patterned lower section. Features unique distressed design and tie details at the bottom. This top is best for a size large to approximately 2XL. Very forgiving. There are some marks on the chiffon. If you don’t like the look and it bothers you, you can use a pin and gather up the fabric.
