Lily Rose mini dress by The New Arrivals. Adjustable tie straps. Adjustable lace-up front. Padded cups. Smocked back. Tiered skirt. Sequined rainbow pattern. Fully lined. In overall very good pre-owned condition. Missing the removable crystal heart on the belt. The right thread belt loop has been removed and the left one is barely hanging on. I left it as is but you can cut it off (see last photo). Size: FR 38 / US 6.
