Is there much wear and tear? Like is the bottom stretched out a ton at all?

@amyg2125 I have noticed (with all of my north face 1/4 zips) that there does become a little stretch around the waist area, when wore throughout the day. But, after washing, there is no stretch. As for the quality, there is some slight piling, but not too significant.
