leanne0410 @andieaagard it’s normal length, it does not have a powder skirt. I am not sure of model.. it’s really warm and resists water very very well

leanne0410 @nkrahe18 I would say like new. I would guess the only thing “dirty” would be where the zippers are which I can probably clean with a wash cycle
