What is that white cloth? dangling by the pocket?

There are no actual flaws with the jacket. There are some stains on it that can slightly be seen in the photos but they can most likely be cleaned off with enough effort. The white cloth is just something I put on it so I know that I’m selling it when I go to my closet.
