Front closure has two way zipper and front pockets also zip closed It was hard to get accurate pics of the color. It is a dark heathered olive green. See close up and manufacturer pics for the most accurate representation of the color. The full length pictures make the jacket look considerably darker than it truly is in person. This color is very unique to North Face and I believe they only had it for one year. Also, while it is a puffer style jacket, I would consider this to be a lighter weight for a puffer. It is not especially thick or heavy, I found it to be plenty warm enough, but your mileage may vary. This jacket would be perfect for those who don't like thick, bulky or heavy jackets.
