What’s the polyester percentage? Is it rain resistant or like fleece?

@candella416 it says 90% I posted a pic of the tag for you. The inside is like a soft fleece fabric. Outside is not like a true rain slicker material more like an athleisure performance material and definitely not fleece on the outside.
