amievickers1 Hi! Would you say this is more like a water resistant hoodie that may be worn under jacket versus being a jacket by itself?

aaliyahbaker287 @amievickers1 you would have to wear an oversized coat over it. I bought it when I had to deal with Missouri winters and it is lined with thick warm material on the inside. I could never feel the wind and it really is water resistant!
