makariah @saraharsenau184 Sorry for the wait. The waist (unstretched) is 12 inches across but stretches to 18 across. The inseam is 3 inches, and I'm not sure what you mean by rise. I hope this helps! :) and let me know if you need anything else

makariah @saraharsenau184 ok thank you, rise is 9.5 inches. These shorts are more on the low-waisted side, but kinda in the middle haha, I'm not really sure how to explain it lol
