Great, used condition!! This is a Vintage Fun Damental LTD Talking Cookier Jar. “The Original Talking Cop” cookie Jar.  Says “Stop Move Away from the Cookie Jar.”  Battery Operated. ( batteries not included) The eyes and mouth move while speaking. Working .   Very Clean, No scratches , there is discoloration when you lift up the head, from age. Unable to tell when lid is closed.
