The Perfect Distressed Cut Off Shorts

Summer would not be the same without a great pair of cut offs, these F21 shorts are awesome. The blue is very versatile and pairs well with anything, dress it up or down and you won’t be disappointed. So I don’t remember why my 2of my shorts have highlighter stains on them but I’m sure it involves a pack of highlighters and a trip to the beach. A small highlighted stain as seen on pic
