Could you please list bust, waist, and length when the dress is laying flat?

@jcpr217 measurements are below with the dress laying flat. I added photos of the measurements for you.
Bust and waist = 14" wide
Length from top shoulder strap to bottom = 41.5" long
There are zero rips or stains. I only wore it once for sorority rush for a few hours inside during the day so it is like new.

@jcpr217 I actually measured the bust incorrectly in my previous comment. I was measuring the bottom part of the bust before. The top part of the bust (from armpit to armpit) is 16". See the updated photo I added.
