learningtostyle @stormtreasures Good Afternoon. Yes, I do love Charleston also and wish I could visit more often!!! To answer your question, it is not an oil painting but a print. There is a signature Amelie Rosehmut or Rosehnut, cannot tell from the signature the exact spelling. I believe it is just a copy of the the original as I see a smaller signature on the print.
